We devised and launched the Release to Change programme in the autumn of 2016. We are partnering with a major employer, Essentia, who will place potential employees on the sites of either Guys and St Thomas’ hospitals or across the 150 locations in central London. We are aiming to take more candidates through the process, reviewing and expanding the model. This is a great opportunity to develop with our employing partner the chance for ex -offenders to prepare for employment, ideally entering an apprenticeship with Essentia, after evidencing positive attitude and behaviour to transformational change. During the programme, the candidate will engage in mentoring support.
